Official Rules of the EAST BEACH BUCKET RAFFLE

• Tampa Bay Free Beaches, Inc. (TBFB) is a 501(c)(7) not-for-profit corporation entitled to hold this raffle under the laws governing games of chance as described in Florida Statute Title XLVI, Chapter 849, Gambling, Section 849.0935 and all sections referred to therein.
• Participation in the “EAST BEACH BUCKET RAFFLE” is void where prohibited.
• Members of the TBFB Board of Directors and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.
• All winners are responsible for all required taxes associated with the value of their prize winnings.
• All winners must sign an IRS Form W-2 G to be filed by TBFB.
• All winners are responsible for completing and submitting IRS Form 5754 Statement by Person(s) Receiving Gambling Winnings.
• No purchase or donation is required to participate. One ticket will be assigned to any individual who sends their first name, last name, email address, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ATTN: Raffle Entry, Tampa Bay Free Beaches, P.O. Box 951, Palm Harbor, FL 34682. The envelope must be received no later than noon, October 19, 2027. Individuals using this method are limited to a single entry.
• Winning ticket numbers and the associated winner’s first name and last initial will be made public on the TBFB website within 24 hours of the live drawing.
• You do not need to be present at the live drawing to win.
• The live drawing will take place on November 21st, 2026, at approximately 1:30 pm in the Lake Como Nudist Resort Recreation Hall, 20500 Cot Road, Lutz, Florida 33558.
• The live drawing will be available via Zoom. A link will be emailed to all participants and interested parties 24 hours prior to the event. TBFB is not responsible for technical difficulties in using Zoom and makes no guarantee that users will be able to see the event live.
• All winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the live drawing.
• TBFB will use normal due diligence to contact all winners by email for 30 days after the live drawing. In the event a winner does not respond, the prize will be forfeited. Winners are responsible for checking their email (including their email spam folder) and responding within the 30-day period.
• Some prizes will be in the form of redeemable certificates which will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service within seven days to the mailing address provided online (during raffle entry). Some prizes are for local (60-mile radius from Lake Como Family Nudist Resort, 20500 Cot Rd, Lutz, FL 33558) pickup only. They are identified in the raffle. If shipment is preferred, the winner will be responsible for the shipping costs.
• In the event a winner is unresponsive, cannot be contacted using the information they have provided, or declines receipt of their prize, they will forfeit the prize.
• Forfeited prizes will be used or abandoned at the sole discretion of the board of TBFB by way of a majority vote of the board members.
• Participation in the raffle is de facto permission to use the entrant’s first name, last initial in TBFB promotional material in perpetuity.
• All proceeds from the raffle will be used to offset expenses associated with securing public land for nude recreation. See "About the Raffle Proceeds" section, below.
• One prize will be awarded per “Bucket” as follows:
• Bucket 1: Seven nights at Hotel Zipoliteville for two people with a king bed, pool, bar, A/C, free Wi-Fi, fridge/freezer and steps from the only legal nude beach in Mexico. Airfare is not included. American and United have nonstop flights to the area from Dallas and Houston. Winter temperatures are always above 80. No car is needed in Zipolite. Airport codes are HUX and PXM. The winner will receive a voucher with no cash value. The winner is responsible for making all arrangements directly with the resort. Valid between April 5, 2027, and October 25, 2027. Fully Transferable.
• Bucket 2: Two nights for two people at Lake Como Family Nudist Resort. Day fees are included. A $20.00 gift card valid only at the Butt Hutt and Bare Buns Café is also included.
• Bucket 3: A private, professionally crewed day sail aboard the Catamaran Flamingo. Your adventure includes sailing, swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing for 6 in the beautiful waters of Key West. Clothing-optional once the vessel has left the harbor. Transportation to Key West is not included.
• Bucket 4: Massage by Tracy, a TBFB towel (your choice of available colors), a Bare RV insulated tumbler, and 2 bottles of Kendall Jackson wine.
• Bucket 5: One pound of ground, organically grown, dark roast coffee, a $50.00 gift card to the Sweet Sage Café in North Reddington Beach, and 3 decorative ceramic mugs from Busch Gardens.
• Winners are responsible for travel to and from resorts as well as all other expenses incurred during their stay.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All prizes are non-transferable except Bucket 1, Hotel Zipoliteville.
